About BProud
BProud is an independent crypto market blog. We publish news summaries, market data, technical and macro analysis and free tools for traders. We are not an exchange, broker, wallet provider or investment firm, and we never hold or manage anyone’s funds.
Not financial advice
Everything on BProud is for information and education only. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset, token or other financial instrument, and nothing is personal advice that takes your situation into account. Please read our full Disclaimer before acting on anything you find here.
Market data and tools
- Prices, charts, news headlines and other data are pulled automatically from third-party sources such as exchanges, data providers and news outlets. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we can’t guarantee they are available at all times.
- Some of our content, including the daily market reports, is created with the help of automated tools and AI. It can contain errors.
- Our calculators (position size, liquidation, PnL, funding and others) give estimates based on the numbers you enter. Every exchange calculates margin, fees and liquidation in its own way, so always check the figures on the platform you trade on.
Third-party links, affiliates and advertising
BProud links to other websites, including exchanges, trading tools and sponsors. Some of these links are affiliate links or paid placements, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. We don’t control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, security or terms. Before you sign up anywhere, check that the service is legal and licensed where you live.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful
- try to hack, overload or disrupt the site, the dashboard or its data feeds
- scrape or copy our content or data in bulk, or republish it, without our written permission
- impersonate BProud or our team, including on Telegram, X and other social networks
Stay safe: BProud will never message you first to ask for money, private keys, seed phrases or a wallet connection, and we don’t run giveaways that require you to send crypto. Anyone who does is not us.
Intellectual property
Our articles, analyses, graphics, logo and tools belong to BProud unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to quote short excerpts with credit and a link back to the original page. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. Third-party trademarks, logos and headlines belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
Crypto-assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you put in. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them. To the extent permitted by law, BProud and its team are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site, its data or its tools, or from your use of any third-party service we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using BProud after an update, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you use BProud as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
